PLEASE NOTE
We are very committed to posting your parcel on time and receiving the very best possible service from us, delays can sometimes occur and be out of our control so please take note.
If there are any delays then we will inform you straight away, if there are any doubts with your order just check your tracking number provided and this would also tell you where your parcel is in the sorting order.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET IN THE TIME FRAME GIVEN
If your order has not been delivered within the time frame one of our customer care team will have a look into the matter and sort out a solution for you, if in case your parcel was lost or stolen then we again would look into this and conclude on the evidence. Please note we will always try to deliver your goods as quickly and promptly as possible.
I NEED TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS
Whilst ordering the address given at checkout cannot be changed during dispatch, as soon as you have made an order and informed us of your home address that is the only address we can use. If you wish to contact us then please email us at rittzclothing_offers@hotmail.com
WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER
Royal Mail will deliver all Rittz Clothing goods, we will supply a tracking number a day after purchase has been made so you can track your order as it ventures to your address.
DO YOU DELIVER TO WORK/BUSINESS ADDRESSES?
We do deliver to work and business addresses, as long as you type in the correct address to where you would like the parcel to be sent.
MYPARCEL HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED
If on the very slight off chance that the parcel you have received has been damaged during transit then please take a picture and send to our customer care team at rittzclothing_offers@hotmail.com
We will then deal with the situation based on the evidence and will make a final decision on the case.
AN ITEM OR ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER
If you have not received the right items with your order or less than ordered then please contact our customer care team and they will be able to sort out the issue for you. This is an extremely rare circumstance for us at Rittz Clothing but never the less, please do not hesitate to contact us with the issue.
OUR STANDARD RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return any unworn / unused item's (faulty or otherwise) you may do so within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you and you will receive a refund or exchange. The date your items where delivered can be found on your tracking number via the email we provided. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Your items or item must be sent back in the condition that it was sent in, this includes the original price tag or tags and original packaging, we have the right to examine the products on return and decide either to go or against a refund depending on the content damage in the parcel.
Please note you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the item or items whilst they are in your possession and they are under your responsibility until they arrive back to us.
We recommend to package the parcels securely to avoid any damage on the transit back to our storehouse.

We do not supply paid return postage, please when you return we advise you to send Tracked/Signed and to keep the proof of postage with you until we receive the package safely back.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be made through the original purchase method (Debit / Credit card/ PayPal) and will take up to 7 working days to clear. An email confirmation will be sent as soon as the refund has cleared.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return your item or items back to our return address (Will be provided inside the parcel). We will then notify you when the item has returned safely with an email explaining the procedure to exchange products.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER FROM OUTSIDE THE U.K?
Please follow our returns policy when sending any unwanted items back to the U.K you may need further paperwork when handing over to the courier. Please make sure that the courier knows the goods are of a UK RETURN and where originally dispatched from the U.K. It is your responsibility to use a courier of your choosing so please be aware.
If the courier requires a street address then please see our returns address policy above with our full address.
MY RETURN WAS PROCESSED BUT I WASN'T REFUNDED MY DELIVERY COSTS
When you send back the item or items will we refund you the cost of the item or items but not for the delivery unless the good's where damaged or faulty subject to inspection. We are happy to refund any orders that have these problems under the distance selling regulations.

We offer 1st class or express delivery to the U.K to Europe and the rest of the world parcels will be sent tracked and signed for upon delivery. See below for our estimated delivery days just after check-out. Shipping charges and times are a subject to change. Express delivery may not be offered during sale periods.
