- WILL AN ITEM BE RE-STOCKED?

Yes! As soon as we are running low or out of stock we will contact our suppliers Immediately to supply more for Rittz Clothing.

- I PURCHASED AN ITEM AND NOW IT IS REDUCED IN YOUR SALE.

The online world of business is a fast paced competitive environment, if a certain item goes on sale we cannot supply the difference in price as this was after your original purchase.

- IS WHAT I SEE WHAT I GET?

All images, descriptions and prices are as accurate as we can give. We aim to keep all information as accurate as possible. We try to ensure that pictures of the items on the Website are as accurate as possible, We try our best to provide the best quality pictues but there will be expected technical limitations and slight variations in colour and texture between the pictures. So please be very aware of this.

Must abide by the terms of the promotion stated at any given time, we are in our right to stop the promotion at any time during the time period given. - CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

Unfortunately once payment has been accepted, we cannot amend your order; this includes changing the size / colour of an item and removing an item, changing the delivery address or any payment method will not be possible either as the delivery and payment process has already been made via Rittz Clothing You have 30 minutes to cancel any order before dispatch has been made, If dispatch has already been made then we are not legible to refund the order as it was not on our behalf of the purchase.

- HAS MY ORDER BEEN SUCCESSFUL?
